For shared use: grounds, garden, lawn sunning area, table tennis, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (sandpit). In the house: sauna (extra). Breakfast on request. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house.
