Nestled in the Burgenland vineywards is this large, comfortable wine estate from 1845, surrounded by meadows and fields, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: grounds 5'000 m2, garden, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating, air-conditioning. Bread roll service.
Parking by the house. Restaurant 800 m, railway station 2 km, swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, thermal baths 20 km, tennis 1.5 km, riding stables 1.5 km.
Please note: car essential. Go game and deer hunting with the owner in private grounds, or participate in wine-tasting.
