Apartment house "Edelweiss", above Bad Kleinkirchheim, in the district of Obertschern, 2.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 0.2 km from the ski-run. In the house: ski storage, central heating.

Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths 3 km, golf course 6 km, ski lift 150 m.Interior: 1-room apartment 30 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed and 1 double fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining corner, TV and radio, exit to the balcony. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC.
Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort.
