Pressegger See 5 km from Hermagor: Ideally situated chalet, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 200 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden, lawn sunning area, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine. Bread roll service.
Parking in the grounds. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant, ski bus stop, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 30 km, bathing bay 200 m, golf course 15 km, cable car 10 km, ski lift 10 km, ski school 10 km, toboggan-run 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m, ice rink 200 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus.
The ground floor apartment is not occupied.Interior: 4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining corner and satellite-TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom.
Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath-room, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom.
1 small room with 1 bed, exit to the balcony. Balcony. Large terrace. Garden.
Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very nice view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Well behaved pets allowed.
