A secluded Polynesian style property with two air-conditioned homes on Waialea Bay. This is a one of a kind vacation property. The main home features three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, with one of the bedrooms having a seperate private entrance. Our smoke-free cottage, connected to the main home by a lanai and gazebo offers one bedroom, one bath, loft area with queen bed and views of the ocean. Kitchen and living room area that has a deck to the front, also over-looking the ocean. The home is surrounded by tropical flora, and a quiet stretch of white sand at your back door that beckons you. This is a private home that does not allow parties, weddings, or large gatherings of more than eight adults. Cottage is not rented seperately. 5 night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Christmas season.

Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less security deposit) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the cancelled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $100.00 CANCELLATION FEE. We offer CSA Travel Protection for your insurance against unforeseen changes in your vacation plans.

No pets, dogs, cats, birds, or other animals are allowed on or about the premises, except guide, service or signal dogs pursuant to state law.

Late check out, or additional days may be arranged, subject to availability plus payment of additional fees.
