Welcome to the Kona Sunset House, Vacation Home on the Big Island of Hawaii!
Hi Folks,
Glad you could visit us here at the Kona Sunset House.
I would assume by your being here that you must be ready for a vacation! We all know that life can be tough and sometimes we just plain need to spoil ourselves. Well you have come to the right place! Hawaii Paradise! Schedule a stay at the Kona Sunset House and you will never want to leave!
But be assured you will be more relaxed and energized to get back to your life when you do.
Three bedrooms all decorated in elegant style with mahogany furniture and large comfy beds. The #3 bedroom has a King bed that can be converted to two twins and has an island décor.
The #2 bedroom is our exotic room with custom queen mahogany bed with an Asian décor. A sliding door out to the lanai and ocean views right from your bed along with cd/stereo/and alarm clock (who needs that, right?!)
The Master bedroom features a huge mahogany poster bed, with tropical bedding, an armoire complete with TV, dvd player and a cd/stereo. Master also has ocean views and its own private lanai with sitting area.
The master bath has a huge cobalt blue walk-in shower and another private deck with outside shower (really neat).
Other house amenities include…
*Plenty of parking space including covered carport
*Gorgeous in ground pool and spacious yard with plenty of exotic plants and flowers
* BBQ
* Phone and fax machine along with writing desk
* Hairdryers, shampoo and soap in both bathrooms
* Satellite and DVD players for TV’s in Master and Family room
* Plenty of books, games, playing cards, towels for the pool, binoculars
* Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and spices, wine, margarita etc glasses, bake ware, blender, rice cooker and beautiful dishes and flatware
* Kitchen also supplied with blender, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker along with coffee and creamer
* Stocked with plenty of toiletries, and house supplies
* Washer and dryer complete with necessary soaps and cleaning supplies

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. Cancellations must be received 30 days (60 days - high season) from making your reservation. No refunds for no-shows.
