Deposit
All Rentals require a credit card for Damage/Security Deposit. In addition, Homes and Monthly Rentals require a Deposit to be paid in the form of a check or money order. Deposit is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
Cleaning Fee
Cleaning fees will be charged for all stays of 6 nights or less, Monthly Rentals, and during the Iron Man Triathlon. Excessive wear, extra linens, carpet stains & smoke odors will also be subject to additional cleaning fees.

Discounts of 5% apply when staying 14 nights or more. Discounts of 20% apply when staying 28 nights or more. Current rates and discounts are listed on-line at www.hawaii-kona.com. Return Guests may be eligible for an additional 5% discount. Restricted dates may apply. Standard discounts do not apply to properties listed under Monthly Rentals.

Pet Policy
There are no pets allowed in any of our rental properties, with the exception of a service animal. In this case, full disclosure and proper documentation must be provided at the time your reservation is made. If proper notification is not given, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation or vacate you immediately.
Other Policies
All Reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE $200 deposit by credit card. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservation changes are subject to a $25 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 60 days of your arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
