Casa de Emdeko Two Bedroom Luxury Condominium.

The Casa de Emdeko luxury two bedroom condominium is approximately 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen, including side by side refrigerator-freezer, ice dispenser, all the modern cook ware and dishes, a sit-down bar, a living and dining area, including two day beds, cable TV and VCR, a DVD player, High Speed Internet, telephone with personal answering machine, games and books for your entertainment.

One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has two twins. The condo has central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and lots of closet space adding to your comfort.

In addition to the kitchen, there is a large cabana with dining area and kitchen for cooking out and entertaining. There are four large gas grills for your use should you need them. Just steps from your doorway is a sandy beach with loungers and tables so you can enjoy the ocean.

The condo is on the ground level, and just fifty steps from the freshwater pool. You will enjoy all day sun in its lanai. The Casa de Emdeko has two swimming pools on the premises. One is a fresh water pool and the other is a salt water pool piped directly in from the ocean. Just steps from your doorway is a sandy beach with loungers and tables so you can enjoy the ocean.

The complex is well maintained with gardens, waterfalls, and "greenery". It is very well lit at night with pathway walk lights, other security lighting & ample parking lot lighting. For your convenience there is maid service and laundry facilities (the unit has washer/dryer). On site there are commercial facilities such as Real Estate companies, convenience store, deli, dentist office and more.


The Casa de Emdeko Luxury Condominiums are suited for families and couples looking to get away from the rigors of life, but never leave the comforts of the city. The complex is located oceanfront right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, where you can sit on the private beach and enjoy a glorious sunset and you can leave the windows open and sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

There are no pets allowed on the premises of most condominiums and the Casa de Emdeko is one of them.

There is no smoking allowed indoors while at the Casa de Emdeko Vacation Condominiums. Smoking has become an item of such a delicate issue for smokers and non-smokers. Both want their privacy to the point that we cannot accommodate both, therefore, since smoke leaves such a horrible odor that seems to stay forever, we request that no smoking take place inside the condominium in any way whatsoever.

Once a reservation has been made, we will send you a receipt for your deposit
once it has been received. Once you have paid for the reservation in full, we will send you a packet with a receipt showing paid in full and complete instructions and directions from the Kailua-Kona International Airport to the front door of your condo. You can check in to your condo anytime, 24 hours per day.
