Our goal is to make listing your vacation rental as easy and profitable as possible
and we stand behind this goal by giving you this commitment:
We guarantee that before your first Basic Listing product expires (either 1 or 2 year subscription), you will have booked at least one reservation for your rental property from your Surf to Ski Retreats online listing.
If this does not happen for you, please contact us and we'll extend your Basic Listing product as follows:
1 Year Basic Listing
We'll extend your listing an additional 6 months
2 Year Basic Listing
We'll extend your listing an additional 12 months
Bonus
We'll work with you to make improvements to your listing and draw in more vacationer page views and inquiries
Terms
Only first time listings qualify
Only your Basic Listing product will be extended
Your retreat listing can not be for a timeshare
Your listing had at least six (6) pictures during the listing period
You did not disable the listing such that it was not visible to vacationers during the period
You owned or managed the rental during the entire listing period and it was not sold, damaged, destroyed or in any way came off the rental market

Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to terminate your initial vacation rental listing prior to its normal expected end date,
we will refund your Basic Listing product as follows.
To request a refund, or terminate your account, you must contact us in writing with your Full Name, User Name and Retreat Number.
Refund Terms
Only your Basic Listing will be refunded
All other product purchases are exempt
Any applied promotions or discounts will be used to correctly calculate a refund
Refund will be in US Dollars and paid by check or money order
If you sell your vacation rental, you may transfer the listing to the new owner. It is up to you to negotiate, with the buyer, a fair price for your listing should you wish to sell it along with your vacation rental.
We do not offer a Basic Listing product for less than one year as many vacationers plan their trips well into the future. By offering a shorter duration, we are not serving your best interests to help you get bookings and maximize your revenue.
